My therapeutic style is collaborative and helping my clients reach their desired outcomes is extremely important for me. When it comes to therapy I strongly believe that one size does not fit all. I therefore use an eclectic approach to intervention, drawing upon my training and knowledge of various established and evidence based therapies including the following:

  • Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT)

  • Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT)

  • Mindfulness

  • Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT)

  • Interpersonal Therapy (IPT)

  • Schema Therapy

  • Eye- Movement Densensitization and Re-processing (EMDR) and Existential approaches

I enjoy up-skilling and updating myself with newer and evidence modalities of treatment on a regular basis. I also focus on measuring clients’ progress by embedding outcome measures in practice.
